Ingredients


Makes: 1/2 C (125 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) pine nuts or pistachio nuts, finely chopped

Preparation


 
  • Mix sauce mix in water—let stand 5 min.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients and whisk vigorously.

Tip


 

Tip: Make a Caprese salad, alternate slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato on a plate and drizzle with pesto. Make a Presto Pesto Pasta, Toss hot pasta with prepared pesto, ¼ C (60 ml) grated Parmesan, and halved cherry tomatoes.
