An easy, quick summer pasta salad full of fresh peppers, briny olives, creamy feta, and tangy artichokes. It all comes together with the BEST Greek salad dressing. Perfect to serve at a Greek-inspired dinner!


Ingredients
12 oz (375 g)
bow-tie pasta or other bite-sized pasta
1 cup
Kalamata olives, pitted
14 cup
crumbled feta cheese
1
red pepper, diced or sliced
1
green pepper, diced or sliced
2 jars (6 oz/177 ml)
marinated artichokes, coarsely chopped, marinade reserved
1 recipe prepared
Greek Dressing
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Place pasta, olives, feta and peppers into a large stainless-steel bowl.
  3. Add artichokes with marinade and Greek Dressing to pasta salad.
  4. Season to taste with freshly ground Black Pepper and serve.
