A marriage between two of our favourite drinks for a healthy, creamy delight!


Ingredients
1 tsp
Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend
12 cup
boiling water
1 cup
mixed frozen berries
1
small ripe banana
14 cup
low-fat milk or plain soy milk
1 tsp
honey

Preparation
  1. Steep Tea in water. Allow to cool.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.
Tips

For that extra punch of flavour, make your tea a little stronger – add an extra teaspoon when brewing! 

Top your smoothie with a dollop low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt for an extra creamy finish.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 slice whole-grain toast and 2 tsp nut butter.
