Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tbsp
Holiday Seasoning
1
red apple, thinly sliced
14 cup
chopped walnuts
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Combine Brussels sprouts and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer
  2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 6 min. 
  3. Remove lid and top with sliced apple. Cover and microwave for 2 more min. 
  4. Top with chopped walnuts and season to taste.  
Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein and 1 cup rice or starchy veggies.
