Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F. Place lightly oiled Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together mix, egg, and milk.
  • Divide batter evenly into each mold, filling all corners. Bake for 12–15 min.
  • When cool, flip mold over and gently remove waffles; place on plates.
  • Top each with a scoop of warm stew.
