Makes : 8 servings
  • 4 C (1 L) cubed crusty bread
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Place bread on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll or parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Drizzle over bread and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, tossing once. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
