Makes: 6 servings
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 lb (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips
  • 3 C (750 ml) broccoli florets
  • 125 ml (1/2 C) Ultimate Asian Sauce, preparée
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) pineapple tidbits, including juice


  • Add oil to Wok & Glass Lid and heat over medium-high. Add chicken and stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from Wok and set aside.
  • Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Return chicken to Wok. Pour in Ultimate Asian Sauce and add pineapple. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sauce thickens.



Chef Tip: Chow mein is a stir-fried dish (typically featuring meat and vegetables) in a soy-based sauce served with crispy noodles. “Chow mein” this recipe by dishing it up with a package of store-bought crispy noodles. If you use soft noodles, the dish is called “lo mein.”
