Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or 1" (2.5 cm) cubes
  • 1 C (250 ml) Indonesian Satay (Peanut) Sauce, prepared, divided
  • 12 bamboo skewers, pre-soaked in warm water
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation


 
  • Coat chicken in half of Indonesian Satay (Peanut) Sauce. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator, or overnight.
  • Thread marinated chicken on lower half of soaked bamboo skewers. Grill over high heat for 3 or 4 minutes each side.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
  • Serve with remaining Satay Sauce for dipping.
