Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • Greek Dressing:
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Greek Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) olive oil
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) red wine vinegar
  • Pork Chops:
  • 4 oz (4) ( 4 oz/112 g) pork chops
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) Greek Dressing, prepared, divided

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • In Cruet, combine Greek Dressing ingredients.
  • Place chops and 1/2 C (125 ml) Greek Dressing in a sealable freezer bag. Turn several times to coat chops evenly.
  • Discard marinade, and place chops on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll. Roast until cooked through, approximately 10–15 minutes. Alternatively, grill chops over medium-high heat, turning once, for approximately 8–10 minutes. Brush with remaining Greek Dressing during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • Let chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tip:For a quick, mess-free chop dinner in minutes, microwave boneless marinated chops in (p.1004212) on medium for 5–7 minutes.
