  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, prepared and heated
  • 1 C (250 ml) shredded lettuce
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 C (250 ml) grated low-fat cheese
  • 1 lime

Preparation


 
  • Divide Pulled Pork between taco shells.
  • Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
  • Serve each with a lime wedge – a fresh squeeze of lime adds a delicious, authentic Mexican flavour to your tacos.
