  • 4 oz (112 g) chicken, pork, or tofu, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) mixed veggies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning, or 1 Tbsp (15 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) cooked brown rice, or quinoa, or 8 Melba toast crackers

Preparation


 
  • In a (p.1004212), add meat, veggies, and seasoning. Cook on high for 6–8 minutes.
  • Serve on rice or quinoa drizzled with dressing. If using crackers, serve on the side.
