Ingredients


Makes: 10 croissants
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) square puff pastry, defrosted
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) Chia Jam , prepared
  • 3 oz (85 g) brie, sliced
  • Toasted nuts, chopped, optional
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) milk, optional

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • Roll puff pastry into a thin 10.5” (26 cm) square. Gently flip onto large side of an Appy Maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.
  • Spoon 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Chia Jam onto each triangle, top with a slice of brie, and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
  • Starting at wide end, roll up each triangle on the Appy Maker, and form into crescents.
  • Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll. Brush with milk, if desired, and bake until golden brown, 14–16 minutes.
