Preparation
  1. Drain and reserve liquid from chickpeas. Rinse chickpeas; place in a food processor with 14 cup reserved liquid.
  2. Add dip mix, lemon juice, and tahini, if using.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 1–2 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
Tips

Fancy an extra creamy hummus? Add more reserved chickpea liquid, no need to add oil!
